Inconsistent eyebrow waxing service. My daughter asked for a simple shape and soft arch, keeping her full brows intact, but left with thin, asymmetrical results. Despite a few decent visits previously, this experience was disappointing enough that we will not be coming back.

Great price, friendly service, very busy place, because they do quality work. They are great at shaping and make sure the customer is happy before they leave. I've been a customer of theirs for many years.

I was excited to visit this new location and had an appointment scheduled for 9:30 AM. I arrived around 9:25 AM, but when I got to the door, I noticed the posted business hours said 10:00 AM. The lights were off and the door was closed, so I waited until about 9:35 AM before assuming there may have been a mistake. I then waited in my car until closer to 10:00 AM.
