Asked only for eyebrow upper lip, and was charged for eyebrow upper lip chin even though I didn’t ask for this service. I asked for waxing, initially one person said the other would do it. But the other person didn’t respond and this person told me 2 different reasons - once that there is no wax , second time that the wax was cold and not hot. It felt almost like different reasons were being given. Service here was better before. Gave cash and wrong change was given back, rechecked and got 10$ less. After which, I had to ask... read more
