Came 20 minutes before closing with my friend, my friend went first and the older lady had time to thread my eyebrows next. My left eyebrow was perfectly cleaned up but my right eyebrow she rushed through and when she showed me with the mirror, I saw hairs that needed to be plucked off. I went home and noticed so many little hairs she did not get so I won't be coming back.
Both locations and each eyebrow tech does amazing!
Gave her a picture of what I wanted. Gave me something different. … grew my eyebrows back 6 months and gotta do it again… 13 $ is expensive as heck. I asked for angled and she gave me rounded…
I asked for a clean up and I make sure to specify that because my eyebrows are somewhat thin already. And she did the complete opposite, damn near taking my whole right eyebrow and tried to blame me for not having done them for a while. And I still paid for the service. Needless to say I will not be returning
