I’ve always made appointments here, but my recent visit was disappointing. I was greeted with a cold “Do you have an appointment?” and waited over 15 minutes past my appointment time while the esthetician chatted with others and took calls. When it was finally my turn, the service felt rushed to accommodate walk-ins, leaving me unhappy with the result.
