Great place to get treated like a street dog – Rude! I've bought several jewelry sets here and often stop by when I fly in from Seattle. During my last trip I bought some earrings that tilted forward instead of laying flat. I took it back during my next trip and was informed that the no returns or exchanges applies to broken stuff, too. Huh?!?! He implied that I was returning it after I had already worn it to a party. call there , for a worst response, i called for appoinment and the lady was so rude , bcoz i didn't reply about the time instantly . and then she said ok call tomorrow. Very unprofessional . not even thought of calling them again.
Worst customer service!!! – This place has the worst customer service ever! Today they lost a paying customer who has been going there for the past two years. In the middle of getting my legs waxed ,an employee named Himanee (Owner's daughter?) notices the type of wax being used on my legs and decides to tell me that they are going to charge me $10 extra because they were using this different type of wax! Cheap, fast and unfriendly service. – I have not been to this salon in quite a while due to the fact that there is a threading spot that is now open in my city. However, when I did go to this salon I remember getting an unfriendly vibe from the girls that worked there. They spent most of their time talking amongst themselves and when they did talk to you they weren't very customer friendly, as if it were a bad thing that I was giving them business. LOUSY customer service – The customer service is very lousy - avoid at all costs. In fact, there is a very good chance they will even tell you during a conversation you are not that important - they have a lot of customers, mostly people who are sucked in for the low charges. Never buy anything in the store. Do not encourage people like this...never go to the store.
Horrible Customer Service – I have been to this salon several times for to get my eye brows threaded because it was inexpensive. The owner and most of her employees have never been friendly. You feel like you are a burden coming into their salon wanting to get your eyebrows done. I put up with the mistreatment because of the price but I realized it was not worth it even if they did my brows for free!
