Poor communication and no smile which makes you not wanna go there again. Went on Sunday and did the eyebrows.
The lady on duty today didnt want to serve me, i asked for eyelash infills and no one was at the store but she kept telling me she would stop many times during the jib to serve others if they came and wanted brows done as she only staff on and lashes take to long to do… poor communication and poor service and still charges $80
I’ve been coming here for over 2 years and the lady always does my eyebrow tint and threading perfectly. I won’t lie, she’s not great at the small talk or friendliness. But she does a great job and and there’s no mucking around. Would recommend if you don’t mind a silent service but value a consistent result. Just bear in mind that the eyebrow tint looks much better after it has been cleansed off at home! Straight after tinting is not the final look!
No communication came across rude, then charged reshape and thread instead of touch up. Wow !!! Not one to complain but I can see why your reviews are terrible
If I could give negative stars, I would. My partner got her eyebrows done—one was higher than the other, making her look like she was constantly surprised. An ego boost in the bedroom, but nowhere else. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
