I've been a loyal customer of this place for 15 years. Recently, I've been making an effort to visit on weekdays, especially around my big events when I can’t go on weekends. I get off work at 5:30 PM and live an hour away. Today, I arrived at 6:45 PM, and the staff immediately told me they were closed. Today 5/21/25 me and my mom went to get our eyebrows threaded, worst mistake ever. We went around 3:30-4:00 PM and there were two ladies working (usually we get our brows done with Soova or Raman who is absolutely amazing) but soova or raman were not there, so we had to get our brows done by the 2 other workers (didn’t catch there name). My lady was horrible I have been getting my eyebrows done for years and this was the most painful experience ever, the thread kept on breaking and it was just horrible.
