Horrible, horrible service. Employees talk unprofessionally amongst themselves during your service about their personal lives, basically pretending you don't exist. Do not get your eyebrows laminated here, you will look insane as they do not follow proper lamination protocol or check in to see if you like the shape/style before perming them vertically into place. Told the eyebrow lady I wanted a natural clean up.. damn near took off all my eyebrows.
Had my eyebrows shaped pretty well already, I just wanted a clean up around the edges and in between my brows. She threaded off half my eyebrows.. they are so thin now and I’m so disappointed.
The owner is the sweetest and she did an amazing job on my brows. I could not have been happier with the service!
Love getting my eyebrows done here and the owner is great and personable!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Definitely a frequent flyer at this place
