I came in for a threading and tint I had given the lady i was supposed to receive the service from a inspo of what I wanted and she told me she could do it. but then another woman walked in and took over and said “she wanted to work on me really fast and she was really good at the service” and I was really happy initially because I thought she was a good worker she started threading my eyebrow not saying a word or checking with me and doing it very quick and going over half of my eyebrow and when it hurt and I winced in pain... read more

I'm so upset and angry, I've been coming to this place because it was good service and good results... I made an appointment to get my eyebrows microbladed in APRIL and they said I needed to leave a deposit to secure my appt. My appointment comes around and the owner (who was going to do my eyebrows) doesn't show up. One of the employees was supposed to call me to reschedule and never did and once I arrive she apologized for not contacting. Horrible, horrible service. Employees talk unprofessionally amongst themselves during your service about their personal lives, basically pretending you don't exist. Do not get your eyebrows laminated here, you will look insane as they do not follow proper lamination protocol or check in to see if you like the shape/style before perming them vertically into place.
