Rarely put a bad review but the lady on 4/28 evening , did a terrible job , I went in well before closing time , she didn’t seem happy with that , it seemed like she was clearing already. However did my eyebrows half heartedly with totally obvious asymmetrical eyebrows , when told her about it first she dismissed completely , later acknowledged and half heartedly apologized with no sincerity. Not thrilled with my experience I have had my brows threaded and tinted one other time at a different place. After being completed with the threading I had a couple small blood spots. 24 hrs after I looks like I got beat up, now I do have rosacea which causes redness but blood spots all around my brows not ok.
I went in asking for a simple clean-up, but unfortunately my experience was really disappointing. I specifically said I just wanted my brows just tidied up, and instead she completely reshaped them and took off way more hair than I was comfortable with. They ended up extremely thin and noticeably uneven, while the actual threading technique seemed fine - I would be clear about the result that you want.
