I've been coming here for over 5 years and this year, I noticed the decline in quality from this business. The past couple of times Ive been here I've been so disappointed. Simple eyebrow clean ups turned into butchering and thinning my eyebrows. If people don't know how to thread someone's eyebrows based off their natural shape, then maybe they shouldn't work here. Richie was the best when she was there. I will be going elsewhere from now on.
