TERRIBLE. She is never open on time & never answers the phone or takes appointments. I called ahead yesterday after showing up at 11:30 (shop opens at 11AM) & it was closed. She told me come today…she said she would be open & will be here at 11AM. It’s 11:30 AM, I took time off work to come AGAIN and it’s CLOSED!! Very u professional. She should at least update her voicemail box to say she’s not going to open. DO NOT COME HERE!
Mona is great. She is excellent with threatening brows, fast, precise and very personable.
Worth the drive for me -- never had a bad experience.
NEVER open on time!! They do a nice job but it’s very frustrating when you show up and they should have been open 30 minute ago.
