On behalf of my wife, she is very satisfied with the eyebrow art and threading service. The brows were shaped beautifully with great attention to detail, and the entire experience was smooth, comfortable, and very professional. She absolutely loved the final look. And honestly, after seeing the result on her, I loved it just as much—maybe even more than she did. Let’s just say I went in thinking it was “just threading” and came out silently questioning how eyebrows can have this much impact. Truly impressive work!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. During my eyebrow wax appointment, far too much hair was removed from the front of my brow, completely altering the shape and leaving my eyebrows uneven. I trusted the technician’s judgment and was shocked when I saw the final result. I understand mistakes happen, but eyebrows take a long time to grow back, and this has genuinely affected my confidence. I hope more care and attention are given to clients in the future, because this was not a small mistake.
