Eyebobs use to be a much better company. I accidentally placed the order on my corporate card. I’ve tried to calling to change the card & they didn’t help. As the company has grown, they’ve gotten much worse. They’re no longer consumer centric. The prices on prescription glasses has also skyrocketed.
Super poor quality and customer service. My frames broke in less than a year as I was putting them on to read. Despite a theoretical year warranty they refused to replace them and insulting asked me to buy them again on the next sale. What a joke. Avoid this company at all costs.
If they ever actually ship the order. Who wants to wait weeks for a purchase to be shipped? Don’t send a shipping notification if it hasn’t shipped! Used to be a good company until they were “acquired by private equity”. Or, better solution … sell in a store! Eyeglasses need to be tried on! The laziness of companies now is disappointing and depressing.
Love this place! My spicy new glasses are on the way.
