The place is very nice & organized. With exceptional customer service, I went today and Michelle helped me out and made the process very straightforward. Also the products are top quality. I totally recommend.

I’ve had nothing but poor experiences the last few times I’ve come. Most recently, I was asking for help with my contacts fit, and they did a whole eye exam on me that was unnecessary but they didn’t realize because the person conducting it didn’t speak good English. They then wanted to charge me for the exam. Afterwards, I was fed up and I just needed to get more contacts before a trip, so I ordered the same ones I had at the time. Shout out to Caitlyn (I hope I spelled her name right) she is amazing listened to my wants and needs. And provided excellent service. She called me immediately to let me know when to pick my prescription glasses up even informed me there was a minor defect and wanted to get it fixed for me. She’s great!! 10/10
