Shanie provided an amazing service!! I came in on Saturday needing a pair of glasses ready by Monday and she made it happen! She was very patient with helping me find a pair of glasses and weighing out all of my options! I highly recommend her and this place for your next pair of glasses!
Editing my review to include my experience with Leah, who helped me with my contact lens fitting. Truly EXCELLENT customer service - she made me feel right at home and was skilled in her ability to provide useful applicable guidance throughout the fitting. I genuinely enjoyed my time and her vibrant personality made the challenge of getting contacts in much easier. She was extremely patient and generous in her approach. I had a great experience with the sales associate, Jennifer. She helped me, gave me a lot to choose that suites my budget. I ended up getting a good bargain and a unique, elegant style.
EDIT!! I received a call from Jennifer offering to do the fitting free of charge as an apology for any misunderstanding that occurred which I accepted and attended the fitting , they were helpful and did their best but i was to much of a chicken unfortunately that I couldn’t put the contacts on eyes and that’s something i take full responsibility for. Very friendly store! My girlfriend had issue on removing contact lens, although the specialists cannot directly touch her eyes, Shanie and Melissa patiently helped us to remove them, for free! They are so patient and friendly, we are really appreciate it!
