I am very happy and pleased that I went to Dr.Hagigi's for my eye appointment. Everyone was pleasant and professional! Highly recommend them. Dr. Hagigi and staff are definitely 5 stars!!
The office staff were very friendly and knowledgeable as was Dr. Faraz Haghighi. It was a lengthy process but well executed. The doctor was not rushed and explained the results in detail and gave me a chance for questions. The staff also had great personalities and were quick witted, making the visit enjoyable.
I came in as part of a study. I was super impressed with the kind and professionalism of the staff, but especially Miranda and Rocio. It is a difficult thing to establish a culture of kindness, efficiency and professionalism. Well done! Thank you!
I’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr. Haghighi It’s rare to find a specialist who is so incredibly thorough without making the appointment feel rushed. They took the time to truly listen to my concerns and answered every question I had with patience.
