I have been seeing Dr. Haghighi for 7 or 8 years now and he is wonderful! So much so that I followed him to Cinco Ranch from Beltway & I10, and now to the new location, but I’m happy to do so because he truly cares about the wellbeing of his patients. I have a unique medical background and he always taken great care to ensure everything is on track, comparing my new tests to historical records — he’s very thorough. I couldn’t say enough about this place. that hadn’t already been said this place is two thumbs up. They’re really helpful.very Knowledgeable about the care and treatment you get from them here, they’re also very Considerate of the care they provide , Very Compassion. you get treated with a lot of respect the staff is just so awesome and amazing … The two gentleman that assisted me stay with me the entire time that I was there I required a wheelchair that I had and this two guys were totally awesome.in assisting me . This clinic is amazing!! They do every test with such precision and care! It begins with Sebastian, who is phenomenal, and then Dr. H, Dr. Tang, and the whole team who care so much about your eye care!! I highly recommend going here and nowhere else for your eye care!
7/2 i called today as a new patient but the lady who answered the phone was rude, “ hello, my name is Kate, new patient and can I come in today?” She said “ no, you need appointment” like raised her voice through the phone and with bad attitude. It was only 9:22am when I called, wonder what happed to her? So rude!
