This is the worst place to go if you have medicaid for the don’t Dilate your eyes and wants you to pay 49 dollars for lenses why your insurance pay the glasses like why my insurance will only pay for the glasses and not the lenses like I will see I was never informed this until I got to my appointment whitish very sad and was only told to bring my insurance card and id then if you want to reschedule it’s 50 dollars omg
Dr. Agnew is kind and efficient. I’ve had great experiences at Eyewares. Unlike other eye clinics, the care is very personalized, and I feel that she is genuinely invested in her patients’ well-being. Would definitely recommend Eyewares to family and friends!
Buyer beware! Was sold a pair of $1300 glasses a couple of years ago. The sales lady told me they were some kind of unbreakable special metal with a “lifetime warranty.” Within a year they broke easily just folding them normally. I went to “warranty” them and the sales lady tried to insinuate that I had done something forcible to break them because “these glasses don’t break.” I had to argue with her for a while to convince them to honor the warranty she promised.
