The receptionist is very rude. She told me my glasses would be ready in 2-4 weeks. I waited 4 weeks and never received a call. I called and she said she did call me when they were ready. That’s false. I went to pick them up around 5:30 because online, it says they close at 6. When I arrived, they were closed. I called about that. Dr.Tran was nice, welcoming, and speedy. I like Dr. Tran! Receptionist however couldn’t give me help when I called asking about what information on my prescription signifies and she just said she doesnt know what im talking about and to fax my information to wherever I’m buying glasses from… Found it a bit dismissive- I just feel like normally workers at optometrists have your information on file and help you out.
