Horrible customer service! I will never go back to this store. The manager is rude and patronizing. Refused to give me information on the glasses I paid for from them after they broke and I wanted to contact the manufacturer to have them replaced
0 stars - Ordered expensive eyeglasses 15 days ago and have yet to receive them. Have dropped by the store twice and been told I’d have them the next day. Never received a call that they were ready. Called 3 times only to be given the run around and several different explanations as to why I have not received my glasses. Two weeks without eyeglasses. In this day and age it should never take 14+ days to get a pair of eyeglasses. DO NOT BUY EYEGLASSES FROM HERE. Frauds.
Jerry is not personable. He would not even look at me when he told me I could not have a refund for Fit Overs I bought, I could have store credit. I am from out of town and will not be back anytime soon. I had not even left the mall yet. So disappointed with the service or lack of receiving.
