The cameras have a lot of problems, the solar panel even in great sun don't always keep the cameras running, I had to charge the multiple times. the tech service is so or no go with help. when you need security, this is not the company to use. the price tag is too high for what you get, they look good, but they don't work well. Find some nice Cameras on Amazon and you will get a better system then with this company. they had offed some money back after we sent the equipment back, but they have gone dark. I purchased the Eye Trax camera to monitor my remote property and the system works great! I am very happy with my purchase and customer support!
This company only wants your money, bogus cameras that don't operate as they say, no customer service & no return policy after 30 days! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
The multiple expensive camera I purchased were broken the moment I opened the box they came in. Turned off motion detection as per their service department and got broken into that night. Tried to return and Eye Trax told me my 30 days had passed and returns were no longer available. Do not buy these cameras.
