Went to Eye to Eye a year ago after having a horrendous experience with a well known franchise. Eye to Eye were fantastic, recently had to go back as I had an issue with my right eye. Elaine Bentley was reassuring, professional and kind. I will definitely stay with them as my preferred optometrists.
Absoluetly amazing customer service. Had my frame repaired by Rose, super nice and freindly. Arneet and Cella both amazing ladies helping with another frame selection, both super lovely. Would recommend their service 100%
“Once bitten, twice shy”. Twice bitten, forever scarred. I had my prescription sunglasses some 2 years back. Completely off focus. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. Today, 7 May 2025, I went for my regular script as a second pair for my impending overseas trip. Again blurry. The optometrist seems to have measured my vision ok. But somehow there is something SEVERELY wrong with the fitment. Bye bye Eye to Eye.
Rondelle was awesome. Made my experience getting some new glasses a smooth one, I’m looking forward to going back for another pair soon!
