Dr. Marina Zolotova is an excellent optometrist , knowledgeable, attentive, and very professional. She carefully examined my mother’s eyes, diagnosed her cataract, and provided clear recommendations on how to proceed with treatment. The receptionists were also very friendly and pleasant, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and quick. We truly appreciated the high level of care and efficiency. I highly recommend Dr. Zolotova and her team to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate eye doctor.
I had my appointment at 11:30 a.m. and was seen at 12:00 p.m. Because of this, I couldn't fulfill a work obligation, which caused my boss some discomfort. I also arrived before a woman who arrived after me, and she came in first, which bothered me.
I was excited to come here based on the reviews, but I left feeling disappointed. The eye doctor’s manners and exam were not professional. The front desk staff were loud and didn’t seem very knowledgeable in terms of insurance coverage and costs. The only positive part of my experience was the person I spoke with on the phone —they were very credible.
Very pleased with this practice. Everyone was pleasant and professional. I felt very well taken care of. Dr. Chado is kind and through and takes her time to listen and answer questions. I highly recommend this practice!
For 22 years with eye to eye, our whole family happy for everything from eye exams, get new glasses..etc.. they always helped us for what we need. Keep up with the good work..
