I had a very disappointing experience at this office. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Beverly Chado because I specifically wanted to be seen by her. When I arrived on time, a staff member told me that Dr. Chado was busy and repeatedly pressured me to see another doctor instead, explaining that he was Dr. Chado's son. I respectfully declined because I had seen him before and preferred to keep my appointment with Dr. Chado. Excellent experience from start to finish. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful, and the appointment ran on time. The doctor was very knowledgeable, attentive, and explained my eye health in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated the thorough exam and personalized recommendations. You can tell they truly care about their patients. I will definitely be returning and recommending this office to others.

these people are money hungry, they don’t care what services you want them to provide, they’ll charge for things they didn’t do. I do not recommend, if you go here make sure you know exactly what’s being done or they will add extra fees.
