Drs. Byre and David are excellent, but our experience with the scheduling coordinator was disappointing. She was unprofessional and falsely claimed to have contacted us to reschedule an appointment. We arrived for my 89-year-old aunt's 9:00 AM appointment, only to be informed that it had been moved to 8:00 AM without our knowledge.
I’ve been taking my father here every 6 weeks for several months and the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. They triple book the appointments. Be prepared to be there for 2-3 hours for an appointment.
In late March of 2023, I noticed flashing in my right eye and a missing section of vision. Made an appointment to see a doctor and after seeing him, was scheduled for same day surgery the next day! Dr. James David is a great surgeon and has done a wonderful job restoring my vision in my right eye! If you, or a family member, need to see an eye specialist, THIS is the place to go!
The team here is amazing. Ms. JaPaula is a blessing. She helped keep my mother at ease.
Extremely slow with pace of servicing patients. Actually had mother-in-law sit and wait for 6 hours. Not able to break for lunch. This is just a conveyor belt of cattle. No sense of customer service. It’s a dead art here. Secretaries are clueless on how to properly take in and keep reasonable tracking of patients. Would not recommend. Especially any appointments in the mornings. As with most businesses after the pandemic. CLUELESS!!!
