Dr Kerr, who has unique credentials and world-class training was picked by me at random from a list of several specialists I was 'Googling out'. My pick was the best from my later experience. I did not feel rudeness from staff in any of the centres, as some reviews tell. Dr Kerr was the most humble specialist I have ever seen in Melbourne in the last 35 years. Receptionist is hopeless. Too busy chatting to other staff to see that patients are lining up. Could do better.
Dr Weng Ng was extremely rude and unprofessional. The rest of the staff were lovely, but do yourself a favour and see a different doctor
