Receptionist is hopeless. Too busy chatting to other staff to see that patients are lining up. Could do better.
Dr Weng Ng was extremely rude and unprofessional. The rest of the staff were lovely, but do yourself a favour and see a different doctor
Dr Nathan Kerr is fantastic, always has a friendly demeanour when I see him. unfortunately today his receptionist let him down big time. 2 days ago I called to get advice for a potential urgent appointment as I had a reaction to a procedure done at a different clinic 4 days prior. The person I spoke to on the 15/11 was absolutely lovely and spoke to the nurses (or clinical staff) for advice.
