Service we received onsite picking out my son's eyeglasses was excellent but we're a few days away from 4 WEEKS and the glasses still are not in!! Nothing takes that long to be made/ sent anymore. I feel like I ordered something from a catalog or via a toll-free number off of the television in the '80s. Very frustrated to say the least.
RecommendedI've been searching for weeks trying to find someone who carries a variety of the kids miraflex frames for my 2 year old to try on. Finally found Eye Street Optical via Google and gave them a call. Kathy was amazingly helpful on the phone, assuring me they had a great selection in the store and all they needed was the prescription and our son, so we headed right over. They were SO great with him. Everything was completed in less than 30 minutes and he'll have his new glasses in about 2 weeks. I highly recommend them!!
All the opticians at the Chantilly facility are extremely patient and friendly. Our family has been going to them for several years now and each time it has been a wonderful experience.
I've been buying and servicing my glasses at Eye Street Optical for many years. I've always found their opticians to be very knowledgeable, patient and pleasant and their overall customer service outstanding!
