Amazing customer service, these type of service is hard to come by. I went into station optical looking for a new pair of sunglasses, I told the service rep.that I sat on my sunglasses and broke the arm of my glasses, instead of trying to sell me a new pair, she told me to bring it in and maybe they can send it out for repair. I took the sunglasses and the owner of the store helped me and said it only cost $25 to replace the arm. I am so happy that I saved $250.00. Thank you for fixing my sunglasses. I have been going to Blundell Centre Optometry and Eye Station Optical for my eye exams, glasses, and contact lenses for about 8 years now and won't go anywhere else. My husband and I just got new glasses and were impressed again with the level of service we received. Emilie Lam spent considerable time with us helping us both find the perfect frames and explaining our options for lenses. Purchased my first pair of glasses here! I would like to thank Cindy Lo for all her help on which glasses is best for me and suggestions. She also helped my boyfriend out a lot with his and the amount of service they gave was a lot more then we thought! I was very happy with the service and I cant wait for my glasses to come in!
