I had such a great experience at Eye St in Armadale. Lucille and Jed were super friendly, knowledgeable and patient. The gorgeous Lucille was really helpful during my appointment and made sure I understood everything and felt comfortable the whole time. They also have a beautifully curated selection of eyewear — I think I tried on every pair in the store! There’s a mix of unique, stylish frames, so it’s really easy to find something that feels you. Cool selection + genuinely friendly service. I’ll be coming back for sure.
Friendly efficient old fashioned service. Lucille is only happy if you’re happy. It took me a while to place an order, but she was patient and never pressured. I’ve come in for a few adjustments since, to get the fit perfect. All smiles no problem. Beautiful frames and the prescription lenses are perfect. Thank you.
Absolutely can’t recommend enough, the whole experience was amazing and my bifocals are perfect which I have always struggled with from other suppliers, thanks so much!!
Lucille at Eye St. is the best! She was super thorough with my eye exam, and the space there is beautiful. They’ve got an awesome selection of stylish frames—I actually had a hard time picking just one pair. I feel like you get a way better experience here than the chain stores, this is definitely the best spot for both eye care and eyewear!
i just had an eye test by Lucille. I found her to be very thorough, informed and she asked a lot of questions (which I like) about my eyes and general health. She was in no way pushy and we ended up going over time; I didn't feel rushed. And the glasses selection is superb. Ill be back!
