I bent my Gentle Monster glasses a few weeks ago and emailed to see if they could fix them, to which they replied that they could and I should drop them off. They were perfectly fixed within 20 minutes and they were so friendly, professional, and kind. Amazing service and price!
I was visiting Richmond when my glasses lost a nose pad as well as the screw that holds the lenses in place. The men here went above and beyond. I was in and out in minutes without an appointment. They charged me less than the shop in my hometown would’ve. They had just repaired another man’s glasses before I came in, which used the last nose pad they needed for my by Ray-Banz as well.
