Dr. Chawla did cataract surgery and relaxing incisions to help correct my astigmatism on both my eyes. The surgeries were performed one week apart and I could not be more pleased! The first time in my life that I can see without glasses or contact lenses. Everyone at the office was caring and made sure I knew what to expect during surgery and after. The facility is very clean. They use disposable sheets & pillow cases which is very important to me. To say I am pleased with Dr. Chawla and his staff is an understatement.
I recently scheduled and attended an appointment for LASIK , only to learn afterward that the service is no longer being offered. When I sought clarification during my discussion with the doctor, I found their response to be dismissive and unprofessional, which was disappointing. I would appreciate further explanation regarding the service change and assurance of a respectful approach in future interactions.
Tried to schedule an appointment for an eye exam and was told by the receptionist "we don't do that here." The website and insurance say otherwise...
My vision is so much better. I appreciate all your help from the office staff to Dr. Chawla.
