I recently scheduled and attended an appointment for LASIK , only to learn afterward that the service is no longer being offered. When I sought clarification during my discussion with the doctor, I found their response to be dismissive and unprofessional, which was disappointing. I would appreciate further explanation regarding the service change and assurance of a respectful approach in future interactions.
Tried to schedule an appointment for an eye exam and was told by the receptionist "we don't do that here." The website and insurance say otherwise...

I had cataract removal scheduled for 8am and arrived and filled out paperwork before 8. I was told the appointment would take about 11/2 hours. Closer to 3 hours until I was able to leave the office. It seems several appointments were made at the same time and I was one of the unfortunate ones that had to sit in the waiting area becoming more and more frustrated and nervous because my appointment was 2 hours late!
