They went to operate on the WRONG EYE PREPPED me for surgery and had the wrong eye marked. Thank god my wife seen it and interjected
Just found out the problem it is how they schedule. They book 2 appts for every 15mins of the hour. There is only 1 Doctor there each day. And he can only see 1 person at a time. They need to fix this … the office says they can’t it is scheduling?????
Dr. Chawla did cataract surgery and relaxing incisions to help correct my astigmatism on both my eyes. The surgeries were performed one week apart and I could not be more pleased! The first time in my life that I can see without glasses or contact lenses. Everyone at the office was caring and made sure I knew what to expect during surgery and after. The facility is very clean. They use disposable sheets & pillow cases which is very important to me. To say I am pleased with Dr. Chawla and his staff is an understatement.
