Unbelievable, I’ve only had one eye done and can’t wait to get the other one done. Dr. Schumacher and the staff are all so happy and kind. They made me very relaxed 🤩
My wife has been trying to get in touch with someone for a long while now for a check up for her eyes she had cataract surgery on one eye and wants a follow up and we can not get anyone to answer the phone
I wouldn't recommend this business to ANYONE! They call me daily mistaking my number for one of their patients. They leave voicemails with their patient's personal information, appointment details, and billing details. HIPAA Violation and Privacy Act Violation! FIX YOURSELVES!!!
This new location on Park in Grove City isn’t handicapped compliant. I had a great deal of difficulty getting my mother who is 93 and 98% wheelchair bound into this facility. There is no ramp for the sidewalk and no ramp into the facility which has a step of at least 8 inches. I had to tilt and lift my mother’s wheelchair to get it on the sidewalk and again in the door.
