CASSIDY was incredibly helpful! I broke my glasses on the beach and was missing an arm. I didn’t want to discard them, so she replaced the arm with a donated option. She was unwilling to accept a “tip” for going above & beyond. I will continue to come here for my eyeglass needs! Great service, kind employees!

Garbage. This place is trash. The people absolutely have no bedside manner. The whole visit was about 5 hours. The 2 diversity hires at the counter made it worse. She said she lost my entire profile before I got there. While checking out, I guess I wasn't supposed to ask any questions because the one girl sitting in front of me just got up, grabbed her coat, and said she was going to lunch.
