Great explanation prior of what will he do when I have my procedure
Garbage. This place is trash. The people absolutely have no bedside manner. The whole visit was about 5 hours. The 2 diversity hires at the counter made it worse. She said she lost my entire profile before I got there. While checking out, I guess I wasn't supposed to ask any questions because the one girl sitting in front of me just got up, grabbed her coat, and said she was going to lunch. Went for my yearly glaucoma check today. Dr . Michael Monro was condescending, arrogant, and unkind!
After receiving a million emails to confirm my appointment & update (check in) I went for my appointment as scheduled & NO ONE WAS IN THE OFFICE. CLOSED. You'd think 1 person, 1 email, 1 text to me could have informed me of this. Planning for an appointment here is an all day affair. You will be there FOR HOURS as they schedule 10 patients for the same time. This office practice far out shadows the expertise of it's practitioners. Too bad.
I definitely like doctors Munro and Halpern. Dr. Ryan spent considerable time with me during the first visit. I'd give 5 stars but they have got to honor their scheduled appointments. Waiting an hour and 35 minutes past my appt time is not acceptable. And it has happened each visit. Scheduling a half dozen people at the same exact time is rude and unfair. If I were to be an hour and 35 minutes late, I'm sure they would say tough luck.
