Underwhelming experience @ Southport 13 January 2026. Scheduled appointment 11.30 so I arrived 11.15. 2 reception folk - but neither greeted or registered me as in attendance. However both had time to loudly chat with each other on patient appearance and treatment etc. so that other patients awaiting review could clearly hear. With new patients walking in and past me straight into specialist review room I raised the question at 11.45 as to the status of my 11.30 appointment.
