I had a fantastic experience at Specsavers. The optometrist was excellent—very thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly during the exam. A special shout-out to Kim as well, who helped me with frames and lenses. She was incredibly helpful and patient making the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find such a great balance of clinical expertise and friendly service. Highly recommend this team!

Came in last month for warranty on a pair of sunglasses as i was having issues with the frames was told by the one employee only these handful of frames can be used, as I was on my way out as there were no frames that i liked how they looked on me, another employee told a customer we can turn any frames into sunglasses very disappointed that i was told differently so i ended up ordering new prescripition sunglasses online, wont be back.
