Absolutely the most unprofessional company I have ever done business with. They are trying to steal over $500 dollars from me and have already cost me 5 months of my vision. They do NOTHING THEY SAY WILL DO EVER!! Mistake after mistake. Lie after lie.. Some mysterious lady Ms. Love is the only one that can make a decision and she has avoided over a dozen phone calls.. They're really nice and very helpful but they never answer the phone and it took them more than two weeks to let me know my glasses came in. I had to call them many time to see if they got it or not because they never called me and they never answer the phone.
