They promise to have my glasses in 2 weeks, by week 6 I didn't have my glasses or a prescription. After canceling the transaction from my bank months later I still fighting the claim for service I didn't get from this place. Stay away from this place of business.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst experience I have ever had with any company. It has been 3 months since ordering glasses. They are still not in. No help from anyone on their end. Claim no refunds and tell me to call my insurance company. By the time I get my glasses I will need a new prescription. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST OF THE WORST!!!!!
I wish I could give zero stars. they took my 300 dollar frames and lost them. never dealt with a more unorganized establishment.
Please don't waste your time going here. Everything is so over priced. I paid $398 for glasses on Monday 3/1/22. I was almost the last customer for this day. I call the next morning before they opened I left a voicemail to cancel my order. Later that day i called to confirm the they got my message to cancel. The yound lady said yes and the Dr. was infirmed. Ok on 3/2/22 I called and spoke with Dr. Goberville. He was rude and said to me. I don't even want to give them the 1 star. This place is a scam. They charged my card for $2,936 without providing an itemized receipt (bc there was no staff that day). I have vision insurance for the entire family. Had 3 exams and bought 5 pairs of glasses in February 2020. I STILL am missing my husband's glasses (June 2021). I have tried to get my money back on more than 10 occasions to no avail. DO NOT GO HERE!!! The staff is a revolving door and the doctor is terrible.
