Gave 2 stars to balance the fact that the physicians and their staff are incredible. However their optical shop is terrible!!!! Customer service is not number one with them. They send their orders to a "lab", who incorrectly made my glasses twice. You would think after two mistakes on the lab's part, I would receive rush service? Well, 5 business days after the second reorder, and I am still waiting. I was told they would be ready yesterday, but they've backpedaled and now said Monday.
