Very disappointed in the service received. She was paid on time in full and we didn't receive our USB drive until 4 months later after requesting it serveral times. Our calls and text were never returned. I could see if we didn't do our part as a customer, but that wasn't the case. My family and I can't locate the pictures on the website. Due to it doesn't have a title or name of the event like the others so they can purchase some photos. This is definitely not what I expected base off the reviews and word of mouth.
