Dr. Charles staffs are working very badly. They let my wife Teresa Nguyen get in and waited almost 2 hours. I request the reason why wait too long.? They said: you want go home for another day ? I said no. Because my wife get in number one here. Why people behind my wife come in and out while my wife still waiting???? 2 hours! My wife has appointment at 9:15am on 4/22/2024. This is business no good.
Very satisfied highly recommended you’ll be happy from the front desk through the back .
