RecommendedStaff are wonderful!! I called on a Thursday, was able to get in the next Tuesday, and had my glasses in 3 days. Wow! Dr. Laura was super thorough and kind. Definitely a hidden treasure in that mall.

Jesi Turner was the most helpful of all the employees there. The doctor was kind and courteous and very patient with me and my weird eye sensitivities! Great frames and a great place!
Customer service and overall "friendliness" is not present with the new ownership. Very disappointed with my past few visits. We will not be returning. No issues or problems with the doctor on staff, just the new ownership.
