give this place 0 star if I could, not sure how they have high review. referred to them told for eye issue after getting muliple test from other places, I was told have to wait 5 month to see specialist they have 4 specialists when asked what based off of told nothing how they do things. and speiclist doesn't even review files that were sumbit to them, unacceptable if you get referred you have serious eye issue find somewhere else to go they be quicker than this place.
Terrible reception staff. Very rude and dismissive, especially considering they didn’t understand the question I was asking. Huffed at me and pretty much told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. Dr. Ting was lovely and the technicians are very kind, but Dr. Leong-Sit didn’t take a life-saving letter from my mom’s endocrinologist seriously, so surgery was postponed and delayed for another three months. Also, they over-book making afternoon appointments super late.
I had corrective laser eye surgery in 2021 and it remains the best money I have ever spent. Dr. Leong-Sit provided excellent care through out the entire process and I would urge others to consider how crucial it is to have quality when choosing important, scary and expensive surgery! Choose Eye Q.
From start to finish, my experience at Eye Q Laser was undeniably the best. The moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Wahita, the other staff members and Dr. Leong Sit were exceptional—providing the utmost attention, care, and professionalism throughout the entire process. Dr Kurji asked me to buy some expensive ($1200 each) contacts lenses that did not improve my condition which I did not purchased them. Recently, I'm applying to the Canadian Army Forces so they require to know my eye condition. Dr Kurji refused to fill up any form about my eye health. If this is because of the Canadian army forces or because I didn't buy the lenses you can tell that he has no good ethics and he uses his position to affect patients that he cannot profit from them or he is a terrible Canadian citizen.
