DR's are great, office was really nice and tidy, but unfortunately I have to agree with many other reviews where they highlight the lack of compassion and empathy from the front desk ladies, they always seem extremely annoyed and frustrated and I am very sure the job is tuff so maybe they arent taking on too much I dont know.. Great ongoing experience with doctors and clinical staff. Their reputation gets tarnished when dealing with whoever answers the phone. They seem annoyed by caller and completely lacking compassion to the point of being rude. Dr. Mah is great. Technicians are OK. Reception staff is horrible.
I had Lasik surgery last November and cant say enough about how great everyone is in the clinic. Each person I've delt with has been kind, accommodating, and informative. I felt great going through the procedure and the results have been fantastic. Highly recommend the team at Eye Q Premium Laser!
