I was a customer of Idaho Eye Pros, Doctor Kofoed (within EyeMart Express) for several years. I really did not have any issues, I did have to return a couple times to have my prescription adjusted after receiving a prescription that did not seem to work for me. This also happened with my mother as well. My complaint is that I received a bill this past July for $70. I was not sure why I received a bill as I had not visited their office since July of 2015.
