I had a foreign object stuck in my eye! My GP sent me to Dr Jassal at Eye + , I was sceptical to say the least thought the ER would be better. Dr Jessel said get here as soon as possible and I’ll fit you in. WOW what a great guy, took me in soon as I got there! He was kind and supportive, took out the piece ,did a thorough examination. Great follow up,couldn’t ask for better care !
My hubby and I both needed to get our eyes tested because “old age” is catching up with us so we visited this establishment. Easy Peezy Lemon Squeezy! From the time we walked in, friendly non-pushy service, Excellent care and attention to our eyes as we had them examined and Ellie even gave us help when choosing some “cool-ish” frames. Koodo’s to Dr Panesar, Naomi and Ellie who earned every penny! Check it out… it’s really a One Stop Shop!
I’ve had to visit this optometrist several times now, and would highly recommend this to anyone seeking any eye care. Dr Jassal and staff are friendly, professional, and always make sure I’m comfortable and well taken care of. I really appreciate their patience and attention to my eye concerns. Highly recommend!
I would like to point out and recognize a staff member who is gone above and beyond in providing customer service and genuine kindness. This staff member is Brittany! Every time I have called she has gone to lengths to answer my questions. Today I went into the clinic, without an appointment and once again she listened, and went to extreme lengths to help me.
