I've been coming here for years, the wait times are about what I experience at other specialists' offices (1hr-1.5hr), the receptionist is friendly and always willing to help me out, Dr. Kates and all of the other staff are great and very understanding as well.
I would never recommend you to anyone. I came for a yearly eye exam and they gave me eye lens exam. My insurance company said I’m full cover . I have an allowance to purchase glasses or lens. I tried to explain to your worker and she get interrupting me. I want a copy of my test. I never had this problem before
The staff, technicians and doctors at Eye Physicians of Orange County, PC...in both the Warwick and Goshen offices...are courteous, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend them for your all your eye care medical needs!
