I would never recommend you to anyone. I came for a yearly eye exam and they gave me eye lens exam. My insurance company said I’m full cover . I have an allowance to purchase glasses or lens. I tried to explain to your worker and she get interrupting me. I want a copy of my test. I never had this problem before
The staff, technicians and doctors at Eye Physicians of Orange County, PC...in both the Warwick and Goshen offices...are courteous, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend them for your all your eye care medical needs!
At every appointment any concerns I had were always addressed. I never felt rushed, my questions were answered. The required surgery was with Dr. Koreen and my results are amazing! I haven’t seen this well in 3 years and the additional eyelid issue was beautifully done. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
There is no long wait when you get there. The staff is very patience no rushing. The Dr. Kates was very detailed in explaining my examination to me. I highly recommend them.
I recommend Dr. Kates to everyone I know looking for an ophthalmologist.
