Poor customer service. Terrible at communicating with the patient. Slow at returning phone calls.
I have a child with special needs. I called to make sure they are able to work with children like my son and they said yes. Went for appt and the nurse/intake person was way out of line with things she was saying about my son. I mean down right wrong and terribly rude. Her comments were unacceptable. I do NOT recommend this place at all
