Their practice has deteriorated in the service they provide to patients. The building looks nice and beautiful, the new machines are nice and impressive, the new physician, ok, but kind of incompetent. After waiting several weeks for an emergency appointment, they took 3 or more weeks to get me the contacts, and they did not work; one was unbelievably unfitting. On time! Dr. Shield is very kind and thorough and professional.
Not very professional here receptionist wasn’t the nicest to deal with I have blue20/20 High insurance which they don’t take for some strange reason and instead of letting me know this when I booked my appointment I get all the way here to be told that they don’t take my assurance and I shouldn’t be sitting in the waiting room hearing staff conversation about their daily life would not recommend
