Dr Shatz of Eye Physicians of Northampton is beyond words fantastic and at the top of his profession! He performed cataract surgery for me in both eyes. I am 100 percent satisfied and I am left grateful and in awe of the bright world that has opened up! Thank you, Dr Shatz!
Called because our 7-yr old daughter was in distress because something was in her eye that we couldn’t get out. The receptionist was kind and forwarded us to their “Triage Line”, which went straight to voicemail. After two hours we called back and the same receptionist assured us they’d check in and have someone call back shortly. 30 minutes later someone named Kathy from triage called back and told us brusquely it would be it least a week (!?!) and we should be calling urgent care instead. Dr.Gal did my upper lids as they were very droopy! She answered all my questions on my first visit. I was extremely excited about my procedure as I haven’t been able to wear eyeshadow in a long time! I didn’t feel a thing during surgery and no pain after! I would 100 percent have Dr.Gal do it again if need be!!
Wonderful experience! Tiffany Marcinek was a truly great help and I just think she's amazing!! She works wonders and definitely deserves a raise! Someone buy her a muffin!!
Although my bill says that I am able to pay via their website, I do not see a way to do that. It would be very helpful if there were a link to pay online, as I do with my dentist.
