I love this doctor, I have been bringing my daughter here for 3 years but they recently contacted me about my appointment for my daughter and cancelled it and said they were not rescheduling any appointments until further notice. I have tried to get in touch with the office to see if I need to change eye doctors and no one can give me a answer.
Dr. Burns and his team took such good care of me when I scratched my cornea, the nurse even gave me drops while I was in the waiting room, as she could tell I was in some serious pain. They care so much for their patients and I left feeling confident, informed and fully satisfied. Would highly recommend these guys!
Waited 5 weeks for an appt and I was a current patient. They needed to cancel the appt. When I called to get an explanation office staff was difficult and rude. Wanted to reschedule me for 3 weeks later. So I would have had to wait 8 weeks for an appt and I was a current patient. They didn’t want to explain anything and told me they were too busy to argue andI could look for someone else if I didn’t want to wait.
