They should be forced to shut down urgently !!! They’re not following any COVID rules . The room is packed with infants & elderly . You can’t even have an option to wait in the car . I went with my premature baby & had to sit around with the crowd with lot of scares that my premature gets in touch with somebody who has COVID
Was charged $50 for a missed FIRST appointment that we did not even confirm. Spoke to billing person (Tiffany) who agreed that it was unjustified and assured me it will be removed, yet I received that same bill again. When called again had an unprofessional rude person not even allowing me to explain and won’t allow me to talk to Tiffany who told me charges were dismissed. Non of my my messages to Tiffany were returned, so I guess I will just have my attorney call them. If that is my initial experience with them, I sure will... read more
