Chinye Otojare is very thorough, professional and courteous. An examination with her is quite user friendly and her interpretations and explanations are helpful and appreciated. But the front office by phone is terribly inefficient.
Dr.Minkovitz spent a lot of time with me an answered all my questions.
I didn't get to see Dr. Carroll. I was there 1 1/2 hour, while he saw persons coming in after me. Then he began some type of laser treatment on a patient which would have left me waiting another unknown length of time. There was no coordination of care, people are seen by whichever chart is picked up, and the doctor was grossly over scheduled and not able to deliver quality individual care. I left and rescheduled a return visit, as I knew it would be a further long wait.
