I can't recommend Eye Outfitters enough! Every time I walk in the door I am greeted with a smile and am helped right away. Doctor Caswell is the best. He is very personable, professional, efficient and down to earth. His wealth of knowledge and expertise makes for an easy eye exam as he keeps you informed of his findings every step of the way. Very poor service. I purchased $700 sunglasses from there that came with a crack on the arm after waiting for the sunglasses for 2 weeks. I tried to get ahold of outfitters to begin a warranty, only to have them not return my phone call both times over the course of 2 weeks. Finally, after I called again, and arranged to have my sunglasses brought in (as we live 2 hours away), they assured me that they would switch the lens out and it would take a minute.
