⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I don’t usually write reviews, but this one is well deserved! After doing a TON of research, I chose Eyes on Health, and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Brett Balocca is the real deal. He combines incredible knowledge with cutting-edge technology, and that gave me confidence bringing my kids in. Using the latest equipment, he was able to evaluate their eyes and help us develop a plan to slow the progression of their condition. That peace of mind is priceless. Eye on health was awesome. Great staff and Dr Balocca was outstanding. I was never felt rushed or like I was a number. He took his time and explained everything. The front staff and technicians were great as well
The front office girl was VERY rude which sadly is the first impression. The.MA (I assume that’s her job title) was very sweet but asked for my current t medications and then proceeded to draw her own conclusions as she didn’t wait for my answer. I can appreciate that for this visit, my meds are not very relevant but if you’re not going to truly verify, skip even bringing up the question. I had a wonderful experience at Eye on Health. I was able to get great feedback on my eye care and Dr. Balocca was able to help with my eye care needs. Everyone in the office was warm and accommodating and were helpful in answering any questions I had about my vision. I would definitely come back for future visits.
I walked into Eye on Health after an appointment I had in the same building and the receptionist were very accommodating to fit me in same day. The entire staff was very kind and knowledgeable. They made the process a lot smoother. They have new eye technologies which is a plus. Dr. Balocca and his team were amazing.
