The front office girl was VERY rude which sadly is the first impression. The.MA (I assume that’s her job title) was very sweet but asked for my current t medications and then proceeded to draw her own conclusions as she didn’t wait for my answer. I can appreciate that for this visit, my meds are not very relevant but if you’re not going to truly verify, skip even bringing up the question. I had a wonderful experience at Eye on Health. I was able to get great feedback on my eye care and Dr. Balocca was able to help with my eye care needs. Everyone in the office was warm and accommodating and were helpful in answering any questions I had about my vision. I would definitely come back for future visits.
Absolutely impressed with everyone in this office! I had been to two different eye doctors and neither could get a correct prescription. Dr Balocca got it right the first time! They have several different contact brands and prescriptions in the office. Walked out with contacts that fit correctly and I could see without reading glasses. Also ordered glasses and both women in the optometry department were so helpful and showed me several frame options. Dr. Balocca is an amazing Dr. he answered all my questions and was very thorough with my exam. Took my kids for eye exams for the first time and he was very patient with them. The whole staff is really friendly. Thank you eye on health for always giving me a great experience.
My first visit to see Dr Balocca. I found him to be very professional and caring. Took the time to address my various concerns. The gals in the optical department, where I chose my new frames, were extremely kind and helpful in helping me make a good choice.
