I’m very happy to find Dr. Balocca after a few years of looking for his new address. I’m excited and extremely happy to see him again after a few years that I lost contact with him. Excellent Doctor and very friendly and professional staff starting with a friendly front desk and very knowledgeable and compassionate staff. I’m very happy and fretful to him for taking care of my vision once again.
Amazing! It’s been over six years since my last eye exam and I will definitely return to this place next year for my next routine visit. Everyone was nice and helpful. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed in and out. The glasses selection was fun. I feel like a brand new person now I can’t wait for my new glasses to be ready to pick up. Dr. Brett really cares about everything and everybody. 10 Stars!
Good. But felt an additional charge for eye exam should have been disclosed before performing. When addressing with the lady assisting me with my glasses, who informed me of all different charges, she did not seem overly concerned after I stated I did not feel that was right and wanted that noted. Left with a feeling of being charged for something prior to my approval and that person assisting me didn't really care to resolve or improve my experience.
This office is amazing ! My first experience in getting glasses. The foc was very knowledgeable which allowed me to safe and confident. The office staff is very organized, friendly and I loved the vibe. Im excited to to pick up my new glasses!!
I loved Eye On Health. A nice warm atmosphere, everyone was friendly and very helpful. Dr. Balocca was a caring Doctor. Explained my condition with me and gave tip on my nutrition. I would recommend Eye On Health to my family and friends.
