I had the best experience ever. Customer service was amazing so very kind. Best part they open on Saturdays. The doctor had a great sense of humor and was very informative took his time to answer any questions i had. Overall i give rate them a high 10. 🙂
Dr. Balocca is top tier. Been taking my family to him for the past three years and have been able to get us all in on the same day. He takes the time to answer questions and makes sure everything pertaining to eye health. The office staff is kind and thorough.
This is the best eye clinic in all of Arizona and there isn’t a close second! Never in my life have I waked into an office with so many great personalities! This place rocks! The optometrist was super informative and helpful, everyone was honest and ethical and they have great prices and a ton of awesome glasses to pick from. 10/10 recommend!!!!!
Dr. Balocca provided exceptional care to both me and my daughter. He was attentive, thorough, proactive, and went above and beyond giving us the best possible patient experience. The office staff was friendly as well.
Dr. B. Balocca is awesome! Found him through my insurance co. and didn’t mind I researched him! He understood that I like a more eastern medicine way to go; so, we had an understanding. If I have to go the Western way, and it deems a necessity, that’s what I will do.
