I guess I am not the only one who froze when I entered this shop. Primarily a needle point shop, they do not help knitters. Unless you buy a lot of yarn, forget it.. plus.. their knitting instructor is curt and rude. they won't even roll the yarn for you.. I am a snowbird in Sarasota, and found several other very friendly knitting shops in the area.. Spinning Wheel, Picasso's Moon, and the Knitting Place in Venice. I can't believe this place stays in business but I guess the rich ladies like this exclusive atmosphere.
If I could give this store a zero, I would.. the materials in the store are good for needle point and the yarn is way over priced.. but what is worse is the cold.. I mean frigid reception of the staff. No one offers to help.. I was visting from new england.. and would never recomment this place.. There are better and mor congenial stores in the Sarasota area..
