I had a great experience at the optometry clinic. Natasha is very accommodating, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The doctor was also excellent—very thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
The best optometrist experience I've ever had. I understand now why they're so highly rated. Everyone was so welcoming, patient, and thorough, including Hazel and Dr. Kroeker, who performed the pre-test and exam, respectively. Since developing astigmatism about a decade ago, I've really struggled to adjust to new prescriptions due to issues with headaches, disorientation, and depth perception. I just saw Dr. Hudson Kroeker and would highly recommend him. I saw him as a "second opinion" on a previous dry eye appointment from a month prior. He explained everything from root cause to recommended next treatments even though he couldn't provide those treatments. There were no pushy sales (the prior optometrist tried pushing 3 different products even though I told them I'd already used all 3 without improvement).
